2. Delivery Options

We offer two flexible delivery options to ensure your satisfaction:

1. Customer-Arranged Shipping:
   • You have the option to arrange shipping on your own for your purchased item.
   • No additional shipping charge will be applied by Fine's Gallery for this option.
   • Upon professional crating and preparation of your item, you will be notified that it is ready for pickup.
   • You will have 15 days from the notification date to effect the pickup of the item.
   • Please note: After the 15-day period, you may be liable for holding charges. These charges will be clearly communicated if applicable.
2. Fine's Gallery Shipping:
   • You can choose to ship through Fine's Gallery for added convenience.
   • Upon order submission, we will prepare a customized direct-truck shipping quote.
   • This quote will be included in the full invoice, which will be sent to you within 24-48 hours of order placement.
   • We utilize direct truck delivery to your location to minimize handling and transfer points.
   • All shipments arranged through Fine's Gallery are fully insured.

3. Insurance and Inspection

While all items shipped through Fine's Gallery are fully insured, it is crucial to note:

• It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery.
• If any damage is discovered, you must notify the shipping company and file an insurance claim within 48 hours of delivery.
• This prompt action is essential to ensure proper handling of any potential issues.
